All NEW FIREARMS shipped are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. If your firearm is damaged in shipping you should contact the shipper (UPS, Fed-Ex or the USPS).  We retain copies of all shipping and insurance documents and will make every effort to assist you in the claims process. 

FIREARMS are shipped separately from ACCESSORIES. USPS INSURED SHIPPING IS A FLAT $25 WITHIN THE LOWER 48 STATES.  Please call for quote to ship firearms to AK or HI.

ALL HANDGUNS are shipped to your FIREARMS DEALER/GUN SHOP who must Receive USPS Mail at their place of business. We do not ship outside of the 50 U.S. States.

We take great care to assure these firearms are in EXCELLENT CONDITION.  We are available and welcome phone calls to discuss the exact condition of any firearm offered.  All USED FIREARMS are subject to prior sale. 

SALES ARE FINAL on the following items: Firearms, Barrels, Ammunition, Lasers/Weapon Light Systems and Installed Sights/Optics.

Returned items may be subject to a 25% restocking fee.  Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt and returned in unused/untested/new condition with original packaging. Product must be in resalable condition.

CANCELLATIONS:  Cancellations WILL be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
